At SurveyTally we take data security and data protection very seriously. All data is stored encrypted, in either North America, Europe or Australia, depending on where the user account was created. This complies with the EU's GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) whilst simulatenously reducing latency resulting in faster response times.

Data is stored on Microsoft Azure encrypted SQL servers which offer industry leading levels of protection.

Additionally, there is an option within user account management to wipe all data associated with the account, or individual files can be permanently deleted via the user interface.
